Full Time position with live-in accommodation
Location – Caverswall, Staffordshire
Salary – £24,000 (plus performance related enhancement)

We are recruiting a full time Manager for our newly refurbished Community owned pub. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture and will require an experienced manager who will be expected amongst other things to have:-

  • Experience of running a pub
  • The ability to recruit, manage and develop a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Drive and determination
  • Strong financial understanding

You will be passionate about the industry with an ability to channel this enthusiasm into your team, developing the business through your experience and knowledge.

The successful Manager must be highly motivated, engaging, professional, have passion and excellent communication skills. They will also be expected to deliver on the Business Plan and ensure the venture achieves its vision, aims and objectives. They will need to have experience within a quality led venue and will need to know craft beers and spirits and be able to demonstrate excellent management skills.
