The Community Benefit Society Rules advise that the AGM should take place within 6 months of the close of the financial year. Due to the amount of preparation work that is required to be undertaken to provide members with the information they require prior to the AGM taking place, the board have now decided that the first AGM will now take place in the new year, date to be confirmed. The board would like to thank members for their patience however if any member requires information relating to the AGM or has any other enquiries relating to the business they can contact a member of the committee via the following email addresses:-
